The house with its apartments is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft. The beaches of Prerow, Zingst, the west beach at Darßer Ort but also the bathing areas at the Saaler and Boddsteder Bodden can be easily reached from here. There is a terrace and a winter garden for the lower apartment or a sitting area in the garden for the upper apartment. A barbecue area is also available. The bikes from the bike box can be used for the trip to the Baltic Sea. Each apartment has a parking space for a car. A washing machine can be used. It is 300 m to the water with ideal kite, surf and fishing opportunities. A bakery or grocery store is in the immediate vicinity. A laundry package with towel and bed linen can be booked. The final cleaning is included. The Nordic-style holiday home has two independent, large apartments with high-quality and individual furnishings. In addition to the furnishing with wooden furniture, the use of clay bricks from healing earth, and modern underfloor heating, the house also took care of health and ecology.

You will find the distance from the hustle and bustle of modern Baltic Sea resorts and also the proximity to a wonderful nature. The non-smoking apartments are equipped from the coffee machine, the dishwasher, the high chair, garden furniture, the travel library, the washing machine to the environmentally friendly heating so that you feel at home. A spacious wooden terrace (lower apartment), a sitting area in the garden (upper apartment), a winter garden and parking spaces for cars tie the house into an attractive property. Each apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds. A cot and a high chair are available. Garden chairs are available. The lower apartment offers the option of using the pull-out function of the single beds (by prior arrangement!).

Location of the house
Our house is located between Rostock and Stralsund, close enough to the pulse of the cities and yet away from the bustle of large Baltic Sea resorts. With existing bicycles you can reach Prerow (approx. 12 km) or Zingst (approx. 10 km). Experience the beauties of the Hanseatic cities from a completely new perspective and let yourself be enchanted by the tranquility and nature in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. It is only 300 m to the lagoon. A passenger ship commutes between the port in Bodstedt and Prerow.

Service on vacation
We do everything to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible. You will find a grill (charcoal grill), 2 bicycles (free of charge), garden furniture, a clothes dryer and a washing machine on or in the holiday home. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, oven, hob and fridge. WLAN (up to 50 Mbit / s) is available throughout the house. A television and a radio with CD / MC is available in every apartment. Additional bicycles and boats (also without a license) can be rented nearby. The house has a service for bed linen, towels and final cleaning. This service is charged extra.

View of the lagoon
From the rooms on the upper floor you have a small view of the nearby one National park with its lagoon landscape. The forest around Barth or the water are only a few minutes' walk away.
You can reach one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches between Prerow and Darßer Ort via the Darß bordering the lagoon. We would like to recommend the ride with aZeesboot.

Message from a tenant from June 2018 (5/5):
The apartment was nicer (more attractive) than described on the Internet. The pictures shown on the net suggest a rather less modern equipment (e.g. TV), the conservatory and the modern kitchen are hardly shown in the photos. A couple who were actually traveling were rather put off by pictures from a booking. Recommended to have photos taken by a professional photographer will surely increase the occupancy rate.
Small bedside tables and bedside lamps in the children's room and champagne glasses / larger wine glasses would also be desirable.
Basically, the apartment was excellent for us !!!! We are happy to recommend them! Thanks also to nice and courteous contact with the landlord and administrator :-)

The apartment is very comfortably furnished, quite spacious and bright and friendly thanks to the large windows (DG). The 3 bikes, which were free of charge in a small one, were particularly practical. Bicycle garage were available ..
